Our founder, Bruce Ishimatsu, spent decades at a large, international law firm. While the work was challenging and the clients were impressive, he saw a gap in the market. Small and mid-sized businesses needed the same high-level legal counsel as the corporate giants, but they were often priced out or overlooked.
